Terms of Service

FitTrackr is a compliance-first coaching platform. Trainers invite clients, clients log daily check-ins, and both sides can message and review progress. The web app at app.fittrackr.club and the FitTrackr mobile app are part of the same service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

A client may have one active trainer relationship at a time. Accepting an invite connects your logs and messages to that trainer.

You may request account deletion from Account settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day cancellation window.

FitTrackr is a logging and coaching tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Measurements, body-fat estimates, step counts, and compliance scores are informational. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing diet, training, or health routines.

Trainers are independent coaches. FitTrackr does not employ your trainer and does not guarantee coaching outcomes.

Do not use FitTrackr to harass anyone, share another person’s private data without permission, upload unlawful content, or attempt to break into accounts or systems.

Progress photos and messages should only include people who have agreed to be in the coaching relationship.

You keep ownership of the logs, photos, notes, and messages you submit. You give FitTrackr permission to store and display that content so the product can work — for example, showing a log to your trainer or generating a progress report you request.

If you leave a trainer relationship, historical coaching records may remain visible to the parties who created them until deletion is completed.

Some trainer features may require a paid subscription. Fees, if charged, will be shown before you subscribe. We may change or discontinue features; we will try to keep core logging and messaging available.

The service may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. FitTrackr is provided as-is during this draft period, without warranties of uninterrupted access.
